On the inside: Cinco Flores is a small residential community with five elegant casitas (townhouses) in a lush setting of fountains and native gardens. The casitas have been skillfully modernized with 21st century infrastructure and security, yet they continue to reflect Mexico's Colonial style, colors and charm.
On the outside: our property is located just one level block from the Historic Center of San Miguel de Allende, where the Jardin and the Parroquia stand as the heart of the city. You cannot be closer to the Center than you are at Cinco Flores. It is in the Center, the focal point of dining, art, socializing, shopping and music, that you most clearly sense the vibrance of the San Miguel de Allende experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect location. Walk to nearly everything. We stayed in Casita Lirio, the 2 bedroom unit. It was decorated very nicely and was fully equipped for a lengthy stay. The owner is very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old queen mattress (no box spring) in casita Rosa was so very hard, as were the old pillows. Also the fold out bed was the same, and the maid had to provide a foam pad. Perhaps the owners should try sleeping on the very hard queen mattress! Needless to say, my son and I did not have restful evenings.
There was maid service only once - the used toilet paper in the wasted basket was taken out once - very hygenic.
The phone book was dated - 2007.
The emergency phone did not work.
No soap in the shower - had to purchase some.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like to share reviews of a place I love, because then I might not be able to get a reservation there in the future. This place is special, and it is reasonable. When I am there, I don't want to leave it to go out and about. And when I get back, it feels like home. It is very personal, unique, charming. And oh so comfortable. I'll be there for about 13 days or so this Christmas through New Years. I can't wait. And about the location? Hah. I will not tell you. You discover for yourself. You will not be disappointed.
