Segun la hora, es mejor o peor que el que está en san fernando.
Lo mas notable del banco es el señor que ayuda en el estacionamiento, que lleva trabajando ahi desde hace muchos años, y quien es sumamente amable y eficiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está Suc. 241 en las esquinas de San Fdo y Calzado. De Tlalpan debe tener cerca de 50 años en la zona, cuenta con estacionamiento como para 20 autos, cajeros automáticos, y lo que es verdaderamente molesto para los clientes es que no hay cajeros suficientes para atender al público, hay que hacer fila para todo.
Hay personas mayores que van en sillas de ruedas, tanque de exigeno y hay que esperar hasta 50 minutos.
En todos los bcos es la misma situación, no tienen personal suficiente.

Es un tontería pero igual quería desahogarme :v

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio no es malo, es malísimo; pero hoy sí rebazaron el límite de tolerancia. Es increíble que atiendan mal hasta a las personas de la tercera edad. Hoy mi papá de 70 años fue atendido en la sucursal 681 de Fuentes Brotantes y le negaron el servicio de depósitos porque eran muchos, siendo que previamente le indicó a la señorita que entrega los tickets de turno, la cantidad de depósitos que haría. Acudió con la Gerencia y lo hicieron esperar mucho triempo.
Posteriormente solicitó el cambio de un billete de $100 por monedas y le dijeron que no podían darle ese servicio. Finalmente lo atendieron pero le hicieron esperar más de 20 minutos para darle su cambio (porque ya les había dado el billete). USTEDES DE VERDAD QUE MUY MUY MUY MAL!
SUGERENCIA: Capacitar a su personal para brindar un servicio de calidad, o contratar a personas con mejor trato al cliente y con capacidad de dar soluciones asertivas, todos sus clientes nos merecemos al menos eso, pero las personas de la tercera edad realmente lo requieren.
Your service is not bad, it is terrible; but today they did lower the tolerance limit. It is incredible that even the elderly are poorly served. TIP: Train your staff to provide quality service, or hire people with better customer service and the ability to provide assertive solutions, all of your customers deserve at least that, but seniors really require it.

Eviten está sucursal dentro de lo posible.

La señorita que atiende en recepción pareciera que no quiere que ningún cliente se quede pues pone varios pretextos para cualquier solicitud, desde hay mucha gente delante de usted hasta no le van a recibir la identificación, la atención es muy muy lenta, pareciera que no desean atender a sus clientes.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! The lady who attends the reception seems that she does not want any client to stay because she puts several pretexts for any request, since there are many people in front of you until they will not receive the identification, the attention is very very slow, it seems that they do not want serve your customers.
