Hoy 10*25 am tuve la desfortuna de que me atendiera Sandra en la caja 5, desconozco si se llamaba así ya que no portaba su gafete, su actitud muy prepotente y con poca vocacion de trabajo, ya en otras ocaciones me había atendido de la misma manera. El movimiento que realice hoy lo trate de realizar semanas atrás la cajera me negó el servicio al no quererme depositar un cheque de la empresa donde laboro. Hoy llegue a realizar el mismo movimiento y mágicamente si se pudo depositar a la cuenta. El 2do cheque lo requería en efectivo, me espere 3 semanas para que me enviaran eL comprobante oficial del INE , esta empleada me sugirió sacar la constancia que esta girando esta dependencia así lo hice, Cuando quise hacer valida su recomendación esperando 3 semanas para este documento legal federal /una vez mas me negó el servicio,diciéndome -que en su sucursal no estaba autorizada para aceptar este documento y que me fuera a otra sucursal, yo le pedí hablar con el gerente o encargado -me contesto que no se encontraba nadie, y que si quería me esperara una hora para que me atendiera por que no estaba. acudí a plaza Dorada , y cual fue mi sorpresa que para comenzar el servicio estuvo de 10 ya que hay mucha organización y amabilidad, pude realizar mi movimiento haciendo valido el comprobante del INE. MI PREGUNTA ES QUE BANAMEX TRABAJA CON DIFERENTES PROTOCOLOS O REGLAS, PORQUE EN UNA SUCURSAL DAN SOLUCIÓN Y EN OTRO SOLO PROBLEMAS. TACHE PARA LA SUCURSAL DE VALSEQUILLO

No pueden ofrecer citas para atender con ejecutivo, te mandan llamar para pasar a sucursal y no pueden ofrecer citas. Exponen a sus clientes, muy ocupados con guardar distancia y dejan pasar poca gente pero no hacen algo para aminorar la cantidad de personas que se juntan para ser atendidas por ejecutivo y tienen que hacer mucho tiempo fila -por lo tanto- exponerse.
They cannot offer appointments to meet with an executive, they send you to call to go to a branch and they cannot offer appointments. They expose their customers, very busy with keeping their distance and letting few people pass but they do not do anything to reduce the number of people who come together to be served by an executive and they have to stand in line for a long time -therefore- to expose themselves.

Siempre me han dado un pésimo servicio, desde que abrí mi cuenta he tenido problemas. Me dicen una cosa por teléfono y en realidad es otra. En cuanto llegas a la sucursal te preguntan el trámite que vas a hacer: La última ocasión, iba a recoger una tarjeta de débito y no se molestaron en decirme que no tenían plásticos hasta que pasé a hacer el trámite después de haber esperado más de una hora. Ya fue mucho… definitivamente me paso a otro banco!

He tratado continuamente de realizar una aclaración sobre un pago realizado a la tarjeta de crédito de mi esposa que uno de sus cajeros no reconoce, ha presentado el comprobante que emitió el cajero donde señala que en breves días quedaría aclarado el inconveniente ya que era cuestión del banco, así mismo, el comprobante indica que se comunique uno vía telefónica a un número, al cuál, para variar, nunca contestan. Eso sí, para molestarla para que pague lo que depositó en su cajero y no le reconocen sí están buenos. Me gustaría que dieran mayor agilidad a estos asuntos ya que son muy engorrosos y quitan mucho tiempo. Verdaderamente el trato es pésimo, no le han querido presentar el corte del día que realizó el pago y se escudan diciendo que siguen la investigación; teniendo cámaras en sus cajeros, el comprobante, el corte de caja del cajero no sé que más investigan. Son unos ineptos.
