The worst branch I have been in, super slow customer service. There is no coordination. More than 2:30 hours in attending to me a real waste of time. I do not recommend it at all.

Apesta banamex y mas apesta esta sucursal.
Terrible attention, high waiting time 3 times I am going to update the data, the girl from the Afore first sends the people who will change the Afore.
Banamex sucks and this branch sucks even more.

Citibanamex es el peor banco de México y esta sucursal es el reflejo más claro del porqué.
Tiene el personal más apático e ineficiente.
Te tratan como si te hicieran un favor. Nunca tienen sistema. Debes esperar mínimo 1 hora para hablar con un ejecutivo, eso si bien te va.
El gerente no tiene idea de lo que pasa en sucursal, y tampoco parece importarle.
Se llevan el premio a la peor sucursal de Citibanamex, el peor banco se México.
