★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desastre de lugar !! Si vas a ir a Atencion a Clientes planea fórmate aquí entre 1 hora y media y dos horas. Es lo mínimo. No sólo en esta sucursal , en cualquier sucursal de banamex. Ya me fui a Bbva bancomer se los recomiendo mucho ahí si tienen ganas de trabajar
Disaster of place !! If you are going to Customer Service, plan to train here between 1 hour and a half and two hours. It is the minimum. Not only in this branch, in any branch of banamex. I already went to Bbva bancomer, I highly recommend it there if you feel like working

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las peores sucursales, no tienen nada de atención y de servicio, niegan y desconocen según ellos, los productos, hasta que les muestras la evidencia cambian de actitud, no dan seguimiento a los clientes, no abren a las 9a.m, como está indicado. No se ve que haya un gerente de sucursal o líder que guíe al personal.
Of the worst branches, they do not have any attention and service, they deny and ignore according to them, the products, until you show them the evidence they change their attitude, they do not follow up with the customers, they do not open at 9 a.m., as is indicated. You don't see a branch manager or leader guiding the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. La persona que atiende el AFORE de Banamex parece que no llega a la misma hora que todos, pero igual te hacen esperar para decirte que de todos modos solo ella puede atenderte si es sobre AFORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es excelente, en ninguna sucursal me habían atendido así, tratan de darle solución a tus problemas con las tarjetas. Todos los ejecutivos en general son buenos, a mí me tocó el ejecutivo Sr. Belmont y su atención fué excelente, le agradezco mucho porque pudieron ayudarme con un problema que tenía con mis tarjetas desde hace años y que ninguna sucursal o por teléfono me habían podido resolver y ya me había dado por vencida y estaba a nada de cancelar todas mis cuentas. Muchas gracias.
