★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio,2 horas para hacer un trámite,el tipo q me atendió déspota y malhumorado,si no les gusta su trabajo mejor dejenselo a gente q si tenga actitud de servicio,uno no pide algo extraordinario nada más q un buen trato y digno....la vdd mejor me salí para evitar problemas y ni pude hacer el trámite q iba a hacer.
 Terrible service, 2 hours to do a paperwork, the guy who attended me despotic and moody, if they don't like their work, better leave it to people who have a service attitude, one does not ask for something extraordinary, nothing more than a good and dignified treatment. ... the best vdd I got out to avoid problems and I couldn't even do the procedure that I was going to do.

Customer service is disgusting, it took 3 hours for them to attend to me. The people at this branch are incompetent. Talk to the boss and he's the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo banco, no solucionan nada... Te envían a audiomatico dónde nunca contestan y si de milagro contestan te dicen que debes acudir a sucursal donde solo tienen 1 ejecutivo disponible para atender a todos los clientes!!! Pésimo servicio
Terrible bank, they do not solve anything ... They send you to an audiomatic where they never answer and if miraculously they answer they tell you that you must go to a branch where they only have 1 executive available to serve all customers !!! Terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden muy lento, se equivocan en darte la información, se equivocan en darte turno y te hacen volver tomar otro sin darte preferencia tienes que esperar por su error para no molestar a otros clientes y 2 horas esperando solo para una atención. Pésimo y aún así quieren que te vayas al AFORE. Jamás.
They attend very slowly, they are wrong to give you the information, they are wrong to give you a turn and they make you take another without giving you preference you have to wait for their mistake to not bother other customers and 2 hours waiting just for an attention. Lousy and still want you to go to AFORE. Never.

ALMOST 2 HOURS WAITING .... SEEMING AGAIN THEY HAVE NO SYSTEM !!! ... I ASKED FOR PERMISSION IN MY WORK AND SEEMING I'M GOING TO GO THE SAME WITHOUT DOING THE PROCEDURE THAT I CAME TO DO .... XK IF THEY WIN SO MUCH MONEY AND THEY INSIST ON US TO MAKE US CUSTOMERS THEY TREAT US SO BAD !!! ... NOT WORTH !!!
