Tengo una targeta desde hace 10 años donde jamás me hab podido ayudar para mantener la aplicación funcionando, y me urgía revisar mi saldo y pagarlo, por teléfono me sale pero no muy claro a veces cuando depositas de mas el saldo a favor no se indica y necesitaba una aclaración. El de la entrada me dijo que no se podía y ni siquiera me paso a la sucursal alegando conmigo, le digo que no sirve mi aplicación, y no tiene criterio para darme el turno adecuado y me tengo que retirar de la sucursal por que no me pasa. Vengo a otra sucursal (citicenter) donde alguien en la entrada con mas criterio me lleva con el ejecutivo adecuado. Cabe aclarar que jamás visito las sicursales, con mis otras dos targetas en otros bancos todo lo hago por aplicación salvo algún depósito asi que ko tengo ni la menor idea de que decirle al de la entrada. Solo mi problema que necesito un saldo, y no sirve mi aplicación para revisarlo y no me pasa. Pésimo servicio y ya mejor voy a cancelar la targeta que a parte ni necesito! Gracias a su mal servicio no me quedan ganas de volver a este banco
The person at the entrance has no discretion. I have had a card for 10 years where they had never been able to help me to keep the application working, and I needed to check my balance and pay it, by phone it comes out but not very clear sometimes when you deposit more the balance in favor is not indicated and I needed a clarification. The one at the entrance told me that it was not possible and he did not even go to the branch arguing with me, I told him that my application does not work, and he does not have the criteria to give me the right shift and I have to leave the branch because he did not happens. I come to another branch (citicenter) where someone at the entrance with more discretion takes me to the appropriate executive. It should be clarified that I never visit the branches, with my other two cards in other banks I do everything by application except for some deposit so I have no idea what to say to the one at the entrance. My only problem is that I need a balance, and my application does not work to check it and it does not happen to me. Terrible service and I'd better cancel the card that I don't even need! Thanks to your bad service I have no desire to return to this bank
