Pasado el día 1ro de mayo que fué asueto, consulto internet para ver a cual sucursal puedo acudir en sábado y sale la de Pino S. Y la de Plaza Real. Resulta que acudo y ambas cerradas. Y los benditos teléfonos no te resuelcen nada. Creo nada les cuesta poner, como muchas otras páginas, por contingencia o por cuarentena no abrimos en sábado o lo que quieran poner "PERO AVISEN"

el personal deberían decirle a la gente necia que tome su distancia ya que estaba haciendo fila y un viejo estaba detrás de mí casi respirandome .
buscas en la página oficial de Banamex y dice que la sucursal está abierta los sábados pero cuando acudí estaba cerrado.
