★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo banco, procesos obsoletos y tardados, Personal nefasto, sin capacitación y mucho menos capacidad para realizar un trámite tan sencillo, en verdad, consideren cambiar de banco, BBVA es por mucho, mejor que este.
 Terrible bank, obsolete and delayed processes, disastrous personnel, without training and much less capacity to carry out such a simple procedure, really, consider changing banks, BBVA is far better than this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ir al banco, es peor que ir al IMSS o las instancias de salud pública del Gobierno. Cuatro horas esperando para hacer atendido en servicio al cliente, todo por hacer un wire. No tiene ni el más sentido de humanidad, personas de la tercera edad esperando, bueno todo por su pensión. ????????????????????????
Going to the bank is worse than going to the IMSS or government public health agencies. Four hours waiting to serve customer service, all for making a wire. He has no sense of humanity, senior citizens waiting, well all for his pension. ????????????????????????

Tardan horas en servicio a clientes, uno va a formarse desde las 8 de la mañana para que te atiendan hasta las 12 de la tarde, porque se la pasan platicando y mientras uno esperando parado afuera que por el covid y en lugar de que te den cita para regresar (como antes) hasta que llega uno a la entrada de la puerta te responden si si o no hay mucha gente. De verdad cada vez que voy a este banco o cualquiera de los Banamex de la ciudad es perder todo el día y parte de la tarde. Y lo peor es que todavia se ofenden cuando alguien les reclama. Si fuera por mi le pongo menos 1000!!!
The attention is horrible! They take hours in customer service, one is going to line up from 8 in the morning to be served until 12 in the afternoon, because they spend all their time talking and while you wait standing outside because of the covid and instead of being given appointment to return (as before) until one arrives at the entrance of the door they answer yes or no there are many people. Really, every time I go to this bank or any of the Banamex in the city, I lose the whole day and part of the afternoon. And the worst thing is that they still get offended when someone claims them. If it were up to me I'd put less than 1000!!!
