★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por que la sucursal d3 Claveria tiene empleados groseros y desatentos, es la segunda vez que me tratan mal y d3 maner discrimatoria.
El día de hoy la cajera de la caja 1, acudo a depositar un cheque, sin problema por el momento, le solicito un retiro y me dice que si tengo salgo ps obvio si no para que, luego le quita la etiqueta a los números de atrás, cuando ninguno de los bancos de los que he retirado me lo pide, sospechoso no que quería clonarla y me dijo que no podía hacer 3l retiro, sospechoso no ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, acudí a tramitar una cuenta perfiles pero necesitaba asesoría acerca del producto y ni siquiera me permitieron pasar con un ejecutivo, el personal de la entrada se burla y no te informa claramente acerca de lo que necesitas. Aclaro que en la sucursal había menos de 6 clientes entre cajas y ejecutivos. El trato no tiene nada que ver con exceso de trabajo.
