★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen organización, tardan horas haciendo un tramite y dejan a la gente esperando hasta 3 horas para depositar un cheque, les falta estar capacitados no siento que Banamex este seleccionando bien a su gente de este lugar y por eso pierden cuentas.

They have no organization, they take hours doing a paperwork and leave people waiting up to 3 hours to deposit a check, they need to be trained, I don't feel that Banamex is selecting its people from this place well and that is why they lose accounts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una sucursal muy pequeña y sobrepasada por la demanda de clientes. En la planta baja se encuentran únicamente dos cajeros automáticos y una practicaja (para hacer depósitos de forma automatizada). Aunque retirar dinero del cajero automático puede ser una actividad rápida, en ocasiones hay una gran fila para utilizarlos. En la planta baja atienden, en un escritorio, algunos trámites como aclaraciones y demás, es un escritorio muy pequeño, así que atienden a un cliente a la vez. En la planta alta están las ventanillas. Únicamente hay cuatro ventanillas, que al final se convierten en una sola: una es para clientes preferentes, la otra es para solicitar estados de cuenta o algún otro documento (tardan horas y horas en atender), y las otras dos prácticamente se vuelven una porque la atención es muy muy muy lenta. Mejor dicho, todas las ventanillas son muy muy muy lentas. Sino eres cliente preferente, prepárate para esperar mucho tiempo, más de una hora, ya teniendo turno, más el tiempo en la fila que se hace afuera de la sucursal. El comentario no es hacia el personal, el personal hace todo los posible por atender y de la mejor forma. Sin embargo es el diseño de la sucursal el que no es muy óptimo. Realmente este tipo de sucursales son muy ineficientes tanto para clientes como para colaboradores. Recomendable solo si tienes mucho tiempo disponible.
