Y para mí mala fortuna, intenté hacer un retiro de 1100 pesos y no me dio el efectivo!! Solo me entrego un ticket con 0 pesos entregados, pero al consultar en mi cuenta atrávez de su aplicación, se muestra que si se hizo el retiro, por fortuna, tengo el ticket, por lo cual sigo aquí en la sucursal en espera de que me den una solución!!

De 6 espacios de ejecutivos, solo 2 están disponibles independientemente del día y flujo de usuarios, por lo tanto, se deberá contar con tiempo suficiente para perderlo en este lugar. Espero con el nuevo dueño, se realicen acciones para mejorar todas estas áreas de oportunidad.
