★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio y te hacen esperar más de una hora para que al último te digan que no tienen sistema y se quedan como esperando que esa respuesta te de por bien servido.
 Bad service and make you wait more than an hour to be told at last that they have no system and stay as if waiting for that answer to serve you well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, una ventanilla única para atención al cliente por lo cual la espera es bastante larga, las cajas sin suficiente personal además de que algunos de los cajeros te niegan el servicio con respuestas cortantes, creo que es necesaria otra sucursal ya que está no es suficiente para cubrir la demanda.
Bad service, a single window for customer service so the wait is quite long, the boxes without enough staff in addition to some of the ATMs deny you the service with sharp answers, I think another branch is necessary since it is not Enough to meet the demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ q pesimo servicio... y estoy hablando para saber si llego mi plastico nuevo y uta... 3 minutos (contados) para q contesten, te ponen en espera y luego te cuelgan y no te dan respuesta... te cobran las comisiones y la tarjeta no llega... a dos semanas.... es el colmo este banco!!!
What a terrible service ... and I'm talking to see if my new plastic arrives and uta ... 3 minutes (counted) to answer, put you on hold and then hang up and give you no answer ... they charge you commissions and the card does not arrive ... two weeks ... is the last straw this bank !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiempo de espera largo, aunque no por culpa del banco en si, es la unica sucursal en San Miguel, pero la atención normal dentro de los bancos e incluso más rapida que la de otros bancos.
Long waiting time, although not because of the bank itself, it is the only branch in San Miguel, but normal attention within banks and even faster than that of other banks.
