El gerente tiene que hacer algo, el servicio es PÉSIMO desde los que te dan el turno hasta la de servicio a cliente. Ya solo abren 1 o 2 cajas para depositos cuando quieren y si no te dicen que te formes en el cajero de servicios, a pesar que hay cajas disponibles y con personal. Parece que su propósito es no atenderte como se debe nada parecido al servicio de banamex en otras sucursales. Of the worst branches of Banamex that I have visited in the MEXICAN REPUBLIC. Lo malo es que se tardan demasiado en atenderte ya sea si vas a ventanilla o con un ejecutivo, solo hay 2 personas atendiendo en cada área. Branch somewhat small but with parking.
