Muy lento el servicio en general. Pero si necesitas algo de servicio a cliente son fácil 2 horas perdidas.

Me mandaron a otra sucursal porque no tenían reposición de tarjetas Perfiles. Y sólo porque pregunté después de media hora. 2 ejecutivas desocupadas y haciendo nada.

Cerrados totalmente a la ayuda si me robaron todo como y llevo el pasaporte como identificación no pueden ni autorizar la utilización de la app. Es con el único banco que he tenido tantas trabas para poder utilizar mi dinero después del robo de mi tarjeta

Siempre en servicio al cliente hay mucha gente y sólo una ejecutiva. De hecho en todos los banamex, no entiendo porque ya que mucha gente venimos para solucionar situaciones y la.atención con cada cliente es tardada, debiera haber mínimo tres ejecutivos en servicio al cliente. Parece que la intención es que mejor se vaya el cliente con sus conflictos sin resolver. Ahorita estamos seis personas esperando y la ejecutiva ni está en su lugar.

Servicio muy lento en general. Solo una persona de servicio al cliente. Dos cajas nornalmente. Entiendo que toma tiempo ir al banco pero el personal actual no da abasto. Minimo 30 minutos de espera.

Si van a venir a este banco es mejor que lleguen con casita de campaña, prepárense para estar parados más de media hora y ver como pasan gente a caja que no tenía ni 5 minutos de haber llegado, la organización es pésima, el servicio es lento siendo su average handle time de alrededor de 10 minutos por cliente, no tienen cajas exclusivas para clientes del banco, por lo que es común que te hagan esperar a tí que no tienes cuenta con ellos por darle prioridad a quienes si. Pésimo servicio. Coincido con otros usuarios, la persona en puerta no da la información que debe dar, le comenté que iba a hacer un pago a tarjeta de crédito, entré a las 10:12 y salí a las 10:51, cuando pasé con la cajera me comentó que era un movimiento que se podía hacer en cajeros. La persona que me recibió no me dió esa información, capaciten bien a su personal.
