Al abrir una cuenta perfiles capturaron mal mi correo y tuve que ir nuevamente a solucionarlo. No tendría que hacerlo si de un principio hacen bien la captura de mis datos.
Filas eternas,servicio lento,no recomiendo esa sucursal y banamex en general.
Small branch with bad cashiers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remodelaron el área de cajeros automáticos y ahora ya cuentan con los cajeros de autoservicio, ya puedes pagar algunos servicios y hacer depósitos a tarjetas de crédito, débito o cuentas de cheques fuera del horario de la sucursal. Me parece un buen servicio. Ya hacían falta estos cajeros.
They remodeled the ATM area and now they already have self-service ATMs, you can already pay for some services and make deposits to credit, debit or checking accounts after branch hours. I think it's a good service. These ATMs were already needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay manera de hablar telefónicamente con una persona física, si no eres cliente. Necesito hacer una consulta, y para toda opción debes ingresar no de cta. Nunca te contestará un operador si no la tienes. Igual por banca por internet. Resulta que para una simple pregunta tienes que ir a alguna sucursal. Por eso y muchas fallas más del banco; dejé de ser cliente. Ni volveré a ser. HSBC, excelente!!!!
There is no way to speak by phone with a natural person, if you are not a client. I need to make a query, and for all options you must enter account number. An operator will never answer you if you don't have it. Same for internet banking. It turns out that for a simple question you have to go to a branch. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio, nos tuvieron afuera esperando más de 30 min y el banco estaba vacío! Preguntamos si iban a dar servicio pero sólo daban respuestas vagas, mejor me fui, no recomiendo el servicio para ventanillas.
