En realidad el joven de la puerta amable y también ayuda a tener orden para quienes pasan a cajero o a otra área. Pero si es bien desesperante tener que esperar entre 40 y 60 minutos por persona qué pasa con un ejecutivo, habiendo tres escritorios cada uno con personal solo atienden 2 ejecutivos. Se podría mejorar !!!
Super slow service with executives, cashiers suddenly get stuck and then only one serves. Actually the young man at the door is friendly and also helps to have order for those who go to the cashier or to another area. But if it is very exasperating to have to wait between 40 and 60 minutes per person, what happens with an executive, having three desks each with personnel, only 2 executives attend. It could be improved !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal la forma en que canalizan los turnos, si vas a depositar y no eres cliente Banamex, te "saltan y saltan". Por un depósito y que solo había 2 personasolo esperando pasar cuando llegué, me demoré 30 minutos en pasar a hacer el depósito pues atendían primero a los que iban llegando y supongo eran clientes Banamex.
The way they channel shifts is bad, if you are going to deposit and you are not a Banamex customer, they "jump and jump". Due to a deposit and there were only 2 people waiting to pass when I arrived, it took me 30 minutes to make the deposit because they attended first to those who were arriving and I suppose they were Banamex clients.
