 The worst service is only 2 ATMs and I've been waiting for 2 hours. Just to make a deposit. All people are upset and the staff does nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy estuve en el Sucursal del Banco para hacer un pago, el lugar estaba lleno, 1 hora y 20 minutos para hacer un pago, ridiculo, 5 cajas abiertas y solo 2 personas trabajando, el resto haciendo vida social, ningún respeto hacia el público, ridiculo sacar número cuando los cajeros no respetan el orden de llegada. La peor experiencia en cuanto a Banco. Casi 40 personas esperando para hacer atendidas y muy poca disponibilidad y respeto hacia el tiempo de los demás!!
Today I was at the Bank Branch to make a payment, the place was full, 1 hour and 20 minutes to make a payment, ridiculous, 5 open boxes and only 2 people working, the rest doing social life, no respect for the public, Ridiculous to get a number when cashiers do not respect the order of arrival. The worst experience in terms of Bank. Almost 40 people waiting to serve and very little availability and respect for the time of others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hay tres en caja y solo y uno esta atendiendo, solicitan turno, pero llegan personas hacer cambio de dólares o hacer movimientos sin turno y les dan prioridad.
Banamex adelante y decayendo.
Terrible service, there are three in the box and only one is attending, they request an appointment, but people come to change dollars or make movements without an appointment and they give them priority.
Banamex ahead and falling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio 3 cajeros atendiendo a una de sus compañeras y duraron platicando más de 45 minutos de cosas personales.
Y solo un cajero realmente atendiendo.
Terrible service 3 cashiers attending to one of her colleagues and they lasted more than 45 minutes talking about personal things.
And only one cashier actually serving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went in to make a deposit. I took almost an hour. They had us take a number. Then the bank employees let people make transactions out of turn. 2 police officers went ahead of me. The bank employee said the officers can’t wait because they had important business. I asked if the business was more important than mine. The bank employee walked away. A lady in a wheelchair went ahead of me. The bank employee said she was handicapped. So am I, The good news is that it only took me 30 minutes to open an account at the bank next to Banamex. The bad news was that it took me 1 hour to make a deposit. Good bye Banamex
