No tienen organización, no respetan los turnos, y de verdad se ponen a platicar ...!!!!!!!!!!
Al parecer el servicio al cliente NO lo conocen !!!!
Llevo 50 minutos y no hay ATENCIÓN ni para mi, ni para los otras 5 personas que están antes de mi......!!!
Y Si citiBanamex lee esto chequeo xfa !!!!

They have no organization, they don't respect shifts, and they really start talking ... !!!!!!!!!!
Apparently customer service DO NOT know him !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMOOOO servicio, una hora esperando pasar con un asesor, nunca salió el número de mi ficha y mejor pasaron a una señora que llegó después que yo la cual incluso me cedía el lugar y el tipo por sus calzones no me atiende y cuando pido hablar con el gerente y comentó que necesito una tarjeta me salen con la estupidez de que ni tienen plástico .... horrible experiencia jamás vuelvo ahí que poca!
PESIMOOOO service, an hour waiting to spend with an advisor, my card number never came out and better they passed to a lady who came after me who even gave me the place and the guy because of his shorts does not attend me and when I ask to speak to the manager and commented that I need a card they leave me with the stupidity that they don't even have plastic .... horrible experience I never go back there that little!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Al final termino recurriendo a otra sucursal porque en ésta siempre me niegan el servicio por una u otra situación. Ejecutivos poco amables y con muy mala actitud de servicio.
Terrible service. In the end I end up resorting to another branch because in this one they always deny me the service due to one situation or another. Unfriendly executives with a very bad service attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio, dejan de atender mucho antes de su horario de cierre, ahora resulta que no quieren trabajar los "pseudo ejecutivos" . Pensé que sería mejor que el de Cuautitlán centro pero ya veo porque este siempre está vacío.... Un asco ...

Lo malo. La cantidad de gente que acude y la cantidad limitada de personal.
Lo feo. Que te dan a firmar por la atención a cliente que "te brindaron" cuando en realidad no hicieron nada más que deshacerse de uno.
Lo mejorable. ¡Todo!
SUGERENCIA: Cuando te estén atendiendo y te pasen un montón de hojitas para firmar.
a) Leelas b) si son por el servicio brindado y todavía no estás satisfecho. NO FIRMES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no tienen sistema para modificar tus datos, en línea te dicen una cosa y en sucursal otra, todos se avientan la bolita y nadie resuelve.
Terrible service, they don't have a system to modify your data, they tell you one thing online and another at the branch, everyone throws the ball and nobody solves it.
