★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el Servicio para la tarjeta Banamex 1,, en 2 ocasiones me han negado el servicio diciendo que no estoy en la base de datos actualizada, me dicen en atención telefónica que me tienen que dar el servicio que aun no renuevan las tarjetas, así que capaciten a las gordas de las cajas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, dos horas y media para un trámite sencillo. Y eso que llegue a la hora que abren. El tipo de la puerta y el personal no agilizan, está bien que por la contingencia no entre mucha gente, pero más de dos horas formados en el sol por su ineptitud para organizar y atender.
