Temoaya es considerado, actualmente, la patria del pueblo otomí, por ser el municipio que cuenta con el mayor número de habitantes de esta etnia en el Estado de México, los cuales han sido considerados la "primera luz en el amanecer de nuestra historia". Consciente de la importancia histórica de este grupo social, el gobierno del Estado de México erigió en 1980 el Centro Ceremonial Otomí como un monumento destinado a preservar las tradiciones y rescatar la identidad de este pueblo.
De acuerdo con la "Declaración de Temoaya" de 1979, desde este centro cultural y educativo habrá de pugnarse porque sea reconocida legalmente la complejidad étnica de la nación.

Lleve de una gorra protector solar y una mochila con agua o botanitas.
Incluso pueden hacer pic NIC , está muy bien cuidado
