Amazing products! The very top of groceries stores in Mexico! A huge variety of gourmet things!

So far, my family and I had had very positive experiences at City Market. It's clean, well-stocked, and specially, people over there had been nice and helpful. Until today. Not sure what was up but we got a really rude cashier who insisted the VISA card we've *always* used to pay at that store wasn't and accepted form of payment. He was very impolite and patronizing when we kindly tried to explain to him that we are regular clients and we always pay with that same card. The manager wasn't any better, once again the patronizing attitude and rude manners. When we finally paid (with a different card just to get out of there and only because we really needed the products we had gotten), we tried to exchange our "orange card points" for some of the products they were offering. It took forever. Nobody knew exactly how to do it. My husband was treated rudely once again by a different cashier, and was told they didn't have some of the products they supposedly had... We just wanted out so my husband told her he could take something else. In the end, the *only* nice and helpful person we encountered today was the guy in charge of the storage area who told my husband they DID have what he wanted and went to get some for him. Unless we don't have the choice, I don't think we'll be stepping foot in that place ever again. For sure it won't be our weekly grocery store anymore.

First time here. Prices are high, but meets quality. You can find foreign brands here. One of vendors offered me cheese with chipotle and actually was very tasteful. It was my first time on this location, but I found other locations are closer to me. I didn't like this 2 floors store, but I know get a decent place in Mexico city for a supermarket location around Lomas should be impossible.

Fancy supermarket with extensive selection of goods. Definitely good for finding gourmet ingredients you might not find elsewhere. Wine selections are plenty as well as spirits. It is expensive but the regular stuff is priced competitively. It's even good for killing time and getting inspired with the ingredients.

Expensive but quality products. For expats and well off locals

Great selection of everything! Fine fancy foods, Wines and regular food. Fishmonger was always super helpful with selection and recipe tips.

I didn't find the gusano salt I was looking for but I like that here I find some of my favorite foods in one place such as the spicy ground meat empanada , the cakes & jello's are delicious and other gourmet items that I have only found here.

Love having brunch at the pinxos bar, the staff is friendly and the food is amazing
