★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se me hace de muy mal gusto que pidan "propina" para el juez cuando uno se casa, y antes de que se lleve a cabo la boda. Sus sueldos como empleados de gobierno salen de los impuestos y todavía piden propinas... Es un abuso!
I find it in very bad taste to be asked for a "tip" for the judge when you get married, and before the wedding takes place. Their salaries as government employees come out of taxes and they still ask for tips ... It's an abuse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Были после обеда, на получение свидетельства о рождении не было никого, прошли без очереди. По английски не говорят вообще, но нам помогла девушка среди посетителей за что ей огромное спасибо :) она же стала и свидетелем!
We were in the afternoon, there was no one to receive a birth certificate, we went out of line. English is not spoken at all, but a girl among the visitors helped us for which many thanks to her :) she also became a witness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las oficinas del registro civil, trabajan hasta tarde, en especial el área de actas de defuncion que por parte de las funerarias se realizan en este lugar.
Se ven las ventanillas ordenadas y con buena organización, muy amable el chico que me atendió.
Los precios son justos aunque el proceso de algunos son un poco tardados, de preferencia ir con mucha anticipación.
The civil registry offices work late, especially the area of death certificates that funeral homes carry out in this place.
The windows are tidy and well organized, the boy who attended me was very friendly.
The prices are fair, although the process of some is a bit slow, preferably go well in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow and lazy people here. They make something simple so difficult and do it slow. The guy who you pay leaves at 17:00 and they take their time to make you miss the opportunity to pay and the process is a disaster. Tell you to go to another office, they don't even try to help you complete the paperwork. Not friendly at all, but no better choices in Cancun it seems. Come early because of their inefficiency. Poorly run government office. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to prep up our papers to get married and we needed to get married soon. So when the lady caught eye of that, she said there were no appointments in that week anymore. (With and empty building most of the times we went). Then she said if you pay me $3000 pesos on the side I can make it happen. Having no choice because we needed to get married, cough that up along with the payment to get married with a foreigner. Very expensive. Then after she wanted a tip for her services. Wasn't $3000 pesos you stole from us enough ??????
