★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí ahí para registrar a mi bebé, aunque en verdad se tardan muy poco en lo que revisan y anexan en el sistema tus datos, cuando vas con todos los documentos que solicitan, tienen una excelente atención y son muy amables.
Me dieron incluso una cajita de regalo para mi bebé.
Sin dejar de mencionar sus anexos en los que ahí también puedes realizar pagos del agua, trámites vehiculares como pago de tenencia, pago de predial, entre otros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención amable y rápida, sin embargo deberían actualizar información ya que en la página de internet dice que la boda civil tiene un costo de 333 pesos y al ir directamente te comentan que no se está respetando ese precio por la pandemia y aunque sea dentro del horario laboral de la oficialía te están cobrando 1557 pesos como si te fueras a presentar fuera del horario. Eso me pareció pésimo ya que uno a veces va con lo justo para pagar y al momento te cobran de más y te agarran en curva porque ibas preparado a pagar cierta cantidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hay que dar múltiples vueltas y los precios que cobran no son claros, hicimos ya nuestro pago para acta de matrimonio y nos cobraron 3mil pesos que por que los precios este año subieron pero no hay gaceta ni nada. No han enviado la confirmación al correo electrónico que quedaron en enviar hace una semana.
Terrible service, you have to go around multiple times and the prices they charge are not clear, we already made our payment for the marriage certificate and they charged us 3,000 pesos because prices went up this year but there is no gazette or anything. They have not sent the confirmation to the email they agreed to send a week ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te atienden de mala gana siempre.. tienen letreros en papel pegados ahí para que sepas que documentos llevar, cuando llegas con los documentos te dice que te faltan más y que hay que pagar constancias las cuales ni en la página ni en ese lugar vienen por escrito... Mejor fui a otro registro..
Terrible service, they always serve you reluctantly .. they have paper signs stuck there so that you know what documents to bring, when you arrive with the documents it tells you that you are missing more and that you have to pay proofs which neither on the page nor on that place come in writing ... I better went to another record ..
