★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una tipa del módulo 2, mi cita era a las 9:15 y llegué a las 8:45. Me dijo que me saliera porque según ella no salía en el sistema pero si tenía cita, de paso lo que estaba era pendiente del teléfono porque ni me busco. Cómo vivo cerca me fui a desayunar y luego que llegó a las 9:20 me dijo que mi cita era a las 9:15 y no me dejó pasar. Resalto que en las 2 oportunidades que fui estaba totalmente solo, sin fila y el doctor esperando a los pacientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención que se ofrece es muy profesional. Se ofrece un trato respetuoso a los que ahí somos atendidos. Los espacios fueron adecuados para evitar contagios de Covid-19 sin control. Sábados y domingos siguen brindando atención para pruebas respiratorias. Las condiciones actuales no nos permiten descuidos y, por su parte, se está alertando a la población acerca de cómo prevenir contagios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas las personas que dicen que dan un buen servicio, an de ser parientes o amigos de los que trabajan ahí .. Honestamente te tratan Súper mal .. no dan seguimiento.. para todo te quieren curar con paracetamol. Y nunca se ponen en el lugar del paciente. Les pesa darte una incapacidad a pesar de que vas mal y ponen de pretexto que el sistema indica que no ameritas por lo menos poder recuperarte del padecimiento que llevas . Necesitas ir agonizando para que te hagan caso. No hacen una valoración correcta ..Te dan un pase y le ponen que te revisaron y exploraron cuando el médico nisiquiera te toca. Cómo esto puedo seguir y seguir dando referencias del mal trato que dan. Es muy contado el personal que de verdad te ayuda. Por eso afirmó todas esas personas que dicen que es excelente !! Ningún derechohabiente se las compra?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como en la mayoría del imss, empleados que contestan mal, atención pésima, aunque tengas cita siempre se tardan, es triste que aunque pagues tu cuota para imss siempre recibas un mal servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. En la puerta hay una persona muy sucia que parece indigente niega la entrada a pesar de que se justifica.
Muy sucio los baños pésimos no hay jabón y papel y a veces ni agua.
Todo el personal déspota, tardar mucho la entrada a la consulta y a cualquier servicio las citas para laboratorio rayos x son muy tardadas.
Que tristeza y ni modo así tenemos que acudir.
