★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En ventanilla de trámite de pensiones, hay una persona muy déspota trata muy mal a los adultos mayores, ni si quiera revisa la papelería y los regresa, yo no sé porque este tipo de personas está trabajando en el IMSS, espero pongan más atención y quiten a esta señora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, las asistentes bien atentas, el personal de enfermeria el mejor del IMSS, los medicos brindan un excelente servicio, la guardia de la entrada siempre esta feliz, en farmacia siempre tienen todos los medicamentos es bien raro que llegue a faltar alguno, en prestaciones medicas todas estan bien delgadas, el de nutricion de tarde esta bien esbelto, las de trabajo social son bien trabajadoras se la pasan cortando papel crepe, los de limpieza e higiene siempre estan dando limpieza a los baños, en curaciones siempre esta la puerta abierta y tienen excelente servicio la enfermera siempre tiene buena cara. En general toda la clinica esta excelente. FELICIDADES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La actitud de servicio del personal administrativo no puede ser más pueril y antipático. Hasta parece que ellas nos pagan por servir. He ido 2 veces y la primera ocasión no tuve ningún problema, y el personal médico muy bueno. No obstante; esta segunda vez me trataron como basura (y nos tratan) porque no portaba mi INE y cartilla, solo mi Número de Seguridad Social y presencia. Les di mi NSS pero se negaron a atenderme a pesar de que es claro en la aplicación que pertenezco a la numero 27. Solo recibí mala atención y malos tratos. Qué lástima que cada catorcena me deducen dinero para que reciba estos tratos. Todas nuestras instituciones públicas nacionales son un asco y la clínica 27 no es la excepción (sobre todo por el personal administrativo).

Nevertheless; this second time they treated me like garbage (and they treat us) because I didn't have my INE and card, only my Social Security Number and presence. I gave them my SSN but they refused to assist me even though it is clear in the application that I belong to number 27. I only received poor attention and mistreatment. What a pity that every fourteenth money is deducted from me so that I receive these treatments. All our national public institutions are disgusting and clinic 27 is no exception (especially for the administrative staff).
