Gracias por su atención. Mal actitud de servicio y seguimiento a facturación, llevo más de una semana pidiendo que me entreguen mi factura y nada. No recomendable para pruebas COVID19 ya que no saben la diferencia entre la prueba de Antígenos y la de anticuerpos. Aún y que cometen el error no acceden a proporcionar reembolso. Háganse un favor y atiéndanse en otra clínica. Terrible service, untrained staff. There is a big disconnect between reception and medical staff who attend at the end. Tuve una operación de tobillo y me quedé internada una noche. Las enfermeras super amables y profesionales. Las instalaciones muy higiénicas. Y la cama muy cómoda. La comida estaba rica y la señora de limpieza pasaba cada 2 horas. Los doctores de turno muy amables y listos para responder preguntas. Le puse 4 estrellas porque al baño le faltan agarraderas para poder apoyarse uno al sentarse y pararse, eso es básico. No hay un botón para llamar a las enfermeras desde la habitación, le tiene uno que gritar, pero venían rápido. Y no hay forma de prender o apagar el foco desde la cama. La TV no la usé porque usé mi teléfono para ver YouTube. Tienen wifi. At first I was a little skeptical because of the other reviews but to my surprise I was very satisfied. The food was delicious and the cleaning lady came by every 2 hours. The doctors on duty very friendly and ready to answer questions. I gave it 4 stars because the bathroom lacks handles to lean on when sitting down and standing up, that's basic. There is no button to call the nurses from the room, you have to yell at them, but they came fast. And there is no way to turn the light on or off from the bed. I didn't use the TV because I used my phone to watch YouTube. They have WIFI.
