★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy llamé para pedir informes y me contestaron de mala gana, ni siquiera te dicen a dónde llamas, solo colgué, no quiero imaginar cómo atenderían a mi conejo, viendo los comentarios me doy cuenta que la buena atención no es lo suyo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia 3 de junio en la noche lleve a mi cachorro de emergencias ya que llevaba 3 dias sin comer y tenia vómito y diarrea. Ya lo habian visto 3 veterinarios antes y todos dieron diagnosticos diferentes, medicamentos diferentes y nunca mostro mejoría.
Gracias a Dios di con el veterinario Antonio quien fue el unico que nos hablo con franqueza, hospitalizo a mi cachorro y hoy 09 de junio mi bb esta fuera de peligro.
Mil y mil gracias por su atencion y esmero en cuidar de estos seres indefensos.
Excelente atencion y 100% recomendable.
On June 3 at night I took my puppy from the emergency room since he had not eaten for 3 days and had vomiting and diarrhea. He had been seen by 3 vets before and they all gave different diagnoses, different medications and he never showed improvement.
Thank God I found the veterinarian Antonio who was the only one who spoke to us frankly, I hospitalized my puppy and today June 9 my baby is out of danger.
A thousand and a thousand thanks for your attention and dedication in taking care of these defenseless beings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ese lugar es una estafa, el veterinario no es nada profesional y en cuestión de minutos ya me estaba cobrando de todo, administró mal un desparasitante a mi cachorro que lo vomito a los 5 minutos y solo hizo venderme comida y quererme vender más medicamento. Llevé a mi perro a otro veterinario y solo era desparasitarlo bien cuando este pseudoveterinario solo le inyecto no se que, afortunadamente mi cachorro ya está bien, pero nunca vayan con este estafador.
That place is a scam, the vet is nothing professional and in a matter of minutes he was already charging me for everything, he mismanaged a dewormer to my puppy who vomited it after 5 minutes and only made me sell food and want to sell more medicine. I took my dog to another vet and it was just deworming him well when this pseudo-veterinarian just injected him I don't know, luckily my puppy is fine already, but never go with this scammer.

Es de los veterinarios que solo ejercen por dinero, no por que le apasione su profesión.
NO tiene cuidado con los animalitos, el lugar no presenta higiene, es mejor le pregunten que inyecta y su valor por que de la nada te sube la cuenta a más de $1000
Su presentación da mucho que desear y la casa que tiene de veterinaria más.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, nos es de urgencias ni de 24 horas,saque cita a las 5 de la tarde yo no podía a esa hora y cancele lo que tenía que hacer para ir ,llegó a la clínica porque mi tortuguita estaba delicada y estando allí me atienden sus asistentes muy groseras no saben atender al cliente y me dice " el médico se acaba de ir y no va a regresar y que le aviso", cuando a mí no me llegó ningún mensaje y me hizo perder el tiempo,me quejo en su página en opiniones y me dice que soy dramática y se burla, que forma de responder es esa?? Pase un mal momento en esa veterinaria la verdad,lleve a mi tortuguita a una veterinaria mejor que me la atendieron como es debido, así que no lleven a sus mascotas a esta clínica si no quieren pasar un mal momento por personas nada profesionales.

En el momento me cobran todos los análisis y me dicen que los resultados los tendrían en dos días y que me llamarían o enviarían dicha información, lo cual no sucedió y tuve que insistir 4 días después sin obtener resultado. El veterinario NO responde las llamadas y la Recepcionista sólo dice que lo comentara con el veterinario..En resumen PESIMA ATENCIÓN al cliente.

A mí me lo recomendaron pero al llamarles no contestan y se que tal ves estén ocupados pero al menos avisar por what's tarde o temprano que estaban ocupados. Así a evitaran malos comentarios y que las personas no den tantas vueltas.

They recommended it to me but when I call them they don't answer and I know that maybe they are busy but at least let them know sooner or later that they were busy. So to avoid bad comments and that people do not go around so much.
