★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo ya un par de años con membresía anual y se que es practico el concepto de Centauro por sus horarios y días de disponibilidad. En recientes meses lo considere para hacerme un tratamiento integral con restauraciones, endodoncias y prótesis valuado en casi $200 mil. Y las ultimas consultas que he ido noto un cambio en Centauro contra años anteriores, que no me agrado.
Básicamente antes se veía un sentido de organización y profesionalismo,la gente trabajando, ahora, son bromas y jugar entre las de recepción, las que entregan material a los odontólogos y en algunos casos en ellos mismos. Risas a carcajadas, materiales que pide y no entregan o no a tiempo aunque les dicen "Por favor" en voz alta. En mas de una ocasión llamaban al que me atendía y me dejaban con la boca abierta por ratos y eran platicas para con otro paciente.
Hay personas que menciono que son tranquilos y creo hacen su trabajo. Ricardo de recepción y Juan que me puso un provisional. Brenda que es endodoncista hizo su trabajo si, pero una vez me dio a entender que me hicieron un favor por atenderme de manera urgente. y Marco el protesista por el que iba a gastar gran parte de mi dinero, al principio amable en los informes generales y después cuando iba a ver a otro especialista, pero ni la cortesía de saludar al verme .
En eso y todo no me da confianza Centauro, y nuevamente solo los usare para las las veces de urgencias un domingo en la tarde.

 I have already had an annual membership for a couple of years and I know that the Centauro concept is practical due to its hours and days of availability. In recent months, I considered it for a comprehensive treatment with restorations, root canals and prosthetics valued at almost $200 thousand. And the last consultations that I have been, I noticed a change in Centauro compared to previous years, which I did not like.
Basically, before there was a sense of organization and professionalism, the people working, now, they are joking and playing between the receptionists, those who deliver material to the dentists and in some cases themselves. Laughing out loud, materials you order and they don't deliver or not on time even though they say "Please" out loud. On more than one occasion they called the one who attended me and left me with my mouth open for a while and they were talking to another patient.
There are people that I mention who are calm and I think they do their job. Ricardo at reception and Juan who gave me a provisional. Brenda, who is an endodontist, did her job, yes, but once she made me understand that they did me a favor by treating me urgently. and Marco the prosthetist for whom I was going to spend a large part of my money, at first friendly in the general reports and later when I went to see another specialist, but not even the courtesy of saying hello when he saw me.
In that and everything Centauro does not give me confidence, and again I will only use them for emergency times on a Sunday afternoon.
Pity.
