Cuando llegué me hicieron esperar UNA HORA y nunca me atendieron, además la recepcionista ni se excusó y tomó una actitud como si ella hubiera sido la que fue citada a perder una hora de tiempo. La recepcionista ofrece algo que no podía cumplir y me hizo perder otra cita y una hora de mi tiempo. CAPACITEN a sus recepcionistas para no perder pacientes y que se vayan enfadados! When I arrived they made me wait ONE HOUR and they never attended me, besides the receptionist didn't even apologize and took an attitude as if she had been the one who was summoned to waste an hour of time. The receptionist offered something I couldn't deliver and cost me another appointment and an hour of my time. TRAIN your receptionists not to lose patients and leave angry!
