★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte del personal de cajas, tengo 3 semanas llamando casi a diario solicitando un reembolso (que obviamente estaría listo desde entonces) de un inicio se les olvido iniciar mi trámite, después se pasaban la responsabilidad la persona que esta en la mañana a la de la tarde y asi sucesivamente,
posteriormente perdieron mi documentación misma que volví a entregarles, desde entonces se la han pasado mintiendoándome y dándome largas, y hasta la fecha no me han dado una solución. Es increíble que siendo un servicio particular tengan tan mala calidad de atención.
Terrible attention from the cashier staff, I have been calling almost daily for 3 weeks requesting a refund (which would obviously be ready since then) from the beginning they forgot to start my procedure, then the person who is in the morning was transferred to the responsibility the one in the afternoon and so on,
later they lost my own documentation that I gave them again, since then they have been lying to me and giving me long, and to date they have not given me a solution. It is incredible that being a private service they have such a poor quality of care.
