★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor clínica del imss si tienes cita a las 5 de la tarde te atienden una hora después pero si llegas 5 minutos tarde ya no tienes cita hasta dentro de 2 meses más, al igual que el servicio de las señoritas que están en cada consultorio son pésimas siempre en el teléfono o fuera de su área de servicio la farmacia casi nunca tiene el medicamento solicitado en pocas palabras si tienen opción de cambiar de clínica háganlo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio solo porque no hay estrellas con signo negativo si no le ponia menos, acudí para que me extendieran mi incapacidad por covid y me dijeron que no se podía por qué mi turno es de la mañana y eran las 11am y que regresará al otro día a formarme para una valoración y me pudieran extender mi incapacidad si es que se requiere cuando les estoy enseñando el resultado de la prueba con positivo, aparte de todo te dicen las cosas como si te estuvieran regalando algo déspotas payasos contestan de mala gana todo el tiempo parece que están de malas en fin nunca había ocupado el seguro para esto y hoy a mis 33años es la primera vez y que mala experiencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es horrible el servicio, nunca hay medicamentos, siempre te ponen pero, te pierden los resultados de exámenes que te hacen y como no te resuelven nada para encontrar los resultados te dicen que te hagas otros y tardan mas de medió año. Pésimo servicio y la gente es muy grosera, preguntas algo y te responden de mala gana, en el consultorio 7 nunca hay doctor y si hay te hace espera mas de 2 horas para que empiece a atender.

La espera para recibir atención a pacientes con covid es muy mala, esperas horas y horas para que no te hagan la prueba.
La nula coordinación y el tiempo de espera, contribuyen a más contagios.
