Because the clinic staff has not arrived !!! or simply arrive at the entrance door and after 5 or 6 hours in line to be told "the doctors already have many appointments and they will no longer give consultations, come tomorrow" followed by the classics "influential or with scheduled appointment" What comes 9 or 10 AM and they pass directly ... !!?!?! Queee, where do you get those passes?!?! ... already being inside the clinic and if you made an appointment and are on time, suddenly they stop the consultations ... because it is time for breakfast (about 30 min between laughs and iPhones) ... or you're going to pass and ... they can't find your file !!!! ... sorry ... They can't help you .... that's the way of the Stations of the Cross in ISSSTE ... and don't even comment on the doctors, director, secretary, governor ... that's another level ... they will never intervene ...

BECAUSE THE PRESIDENT'S INSTRUCTION IS THAT THE MEDICAL UNITS MUST HAVE OPTIMASW CONDITIONS OF INFRESTRUCTURE AND THE BEST ATTENTION IN FAMILY CONSULTATION, WHICH WE COULD APPOINT AS PRENTIVE MEDICINE ... FIRST THE OLDER ADULTS. WE MISS A LOT IN THESE CLINICS IN THE STATE CAPITAL.
