Se aprovechan mucho de los turistas económicamente y estudios que hacen de muy mala cálidad dando diagnóstico erróneos, y sin todavía tener resultados de algo te dan precio de operaciones que según ellos es como la carta de un restaurant, que te enseñan la carta para que veas para que te alcanza y su prioridad no es la salud si no lo que te puedan sacar, y me atrevo a asegurar que no son médicos calificados porque todos los diagnósticos que nos dieron fueron erróneos y al grado de tratarnos mal por no quedarnos ahí más tiempo.

Great place, took great care of me for the sea urchin needles I had all over me. Wasn't anyone that spoke great english, but, that didn't stop them from giving great care to make me feel better. Not that expensive.

I became very ill suddenly. Doctor Alinzo came to my room at Cala de Mar. Very professional. Excellent doctor. I was taken by her to the clinic. I was very impressed with the high professional standard of all the medical staff. I got better medical care and personal attention here than I would have in Canada. Immediate attention and constant attention was given to me by a team of staff. In Canada I would have waited for hours. And they would not have devoted the same level of attention to me. They made me feel welcome and at home. A specialist in gastroenterology examined me after ultrasound because of possible pancreatic attack. Most likely diagnosis. The specialist was a highly educated professional. You could not find a specialist of this high standard easily anywhere in the world. Mexican doctors are some of the very best anywhere. What I most appreciated is their personal interest in my well being, their friendly positive attitude that made me feel welcome and at home. I want to say thank you very much too them. The hospital is small but very clean and neat. Some hospitals in Canada are not clean like this. The beds are the standard hospital beds you see in every hospital anywhere in the world. Love you guys!

I got wiped out in a big wave at Playa De Ropa and hurt my shoulder. Me or my wife doesnt speak spanish. All the doctors and staff helped us through translator app. Got xray and consultation done. They even wrote proper prescription for pain medication because we were travelling. On our way out, we had a sling wrap for my arm, prescription, pain medication, itemized bill and e-copies of my x-rays burned on a CD. All that at a reasonable price. People speak little english here but there is no shortage in their willingness to help.

My girlfriend became very ill and had to spend two nights here. She received excellent attention from Dr. Joel Sanchez. His diagnosis and communication was very clear, and he sought second opinion from specialist Dr. Ricardo Gutierrez. Both men were excellent doctors that took the time to give the right advice. The treatment from the nurses and clinic staff was very hospitable. The clinic is clean and safe, and even though I can't compare to another experience (I have Canadian medical care) the rates for service seemed very reasonable to me.
