Doctor Roberto Villaseñor, the anesthesiologist and his entire team who performed my cesarean section do an excellent job. Being in the operating room makes you feel confident. I had no discomfort with my wound afterwards, in fact he fixed a scar that I had from a previous cesarean section and I was happy with the result. Thanks !!!

Very clean and welcoming, only the receptionist leaves much to be desired with her attitude and the way in which she attends to you, she is only on her cell phone, you ask her something and she even turns her eyes to you, it seems that her work is done by force.

With the exception of the receptionist who has no business and does not know anything else to do make faces everything else is excellent the treatment of the nurses the care cleanliness price and quality

It is simply my experience , I do not intend to harm anyone , but yes , based on it , make your best decision . For months we were taking control of my wife in this clinic, everything was normal, one or another informality with Dr. Victoria, as she says in comments, but nothing to be careful about overlooking it. The problem was that at 8 months my wife had heavy bleeding and obviously the first one we went to was the Dr. and she told us that in this clinic they could not treat us for that emergency, that we go to the IMSS, to the civil service or even the chapalita suggested us. We feel totally unprotected and abandoned by the person who, although we were going to make a large expense, was worth it for the "attention" that we thought they were going to give us, but in the end, they kicked us and get by on their own. Without IMSS and without money for the little chap, we had to attend to the emergency elsewhere and right now my son is torn between life and death ? It is a good clinic , but in an emergency it does not have the means or the capacity to deal with this type of eventuality and that is why they send it to one of the other places , from the Dr. without comment , the truth is that I hoped that the day following a call or something to see how YOUR PATIENT was doing but so far not even their lights

I was interested in taking care of my pregnancy at the clinic, because I had had a very good previous experience, they agreed that the doctor would contact me and she never did, when I contacted her, I made an appointment and after an hour of waiting for her they told me that it will arrive, and that if I want to come back the next day to see if it can assist me, it is a service for which I was going to pay them, they were not going to give it to me, in short, I think they have zero seriousness and terrible attention. If you don't have time, don't schedule patients because your time is as valuable as the patient's.

I am truly grateful to Doctor Alfredo Nuñez and the entire medical team that treated me for my gallbladder operation 2 weeks ago. All very professional and friendly, including doctors, nurses, kitchen and cleaning staff. I highly recommend the clinic and they also have reasonable prices, if I had to have surgery there again, I would do it with pleasure and confidence.
