★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención tardan mucho en atenderte y en caso de urgencias es peor a mi hijo lo enfermaron más por un antibiótico que le recetaron y nunca supieron que tenía, cuando era una simple gripa mejor acudan a otro lugar con gente mejor preparada. Los pediatras de allí y los médicos generales ya no me dan confianza en ese lugar no arriesgue a sus hijos.
 Terrible attention, they take a long time to attend you and in case of emergencies it is worse for my son, they made him sicker because of an antibiotic that they prescribed and they never knew he had, when it was a simple flu, it was better to go to another place with better prepared people. Pediatricians there and general practitioners no longer give me confidence in that place don't risk your children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio. Nos pasaron con el gastroenterologo, la consulta duro 2 minutos no checo a mi mama llego super tarde y encima de todo dijo que podiamos buscar a otro doctor si no nos parecia. Y tan caro que cobran ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malo muy malo, no sirve de nada hacer una cita yo hice una cita para consulta con el doctor olivares a las 9:00 am son las 9:40 am y no me han atendido el doctor llego con otras que llegaron despues y los antendio a ellos malo no lo recomiendo

Tenía buena referencia de ellos pero no vuelvo nunca más a tomar sus servicios de ginecología y quizás ninguno otro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí en una ocasión con el Dr. Emmanuel Peña Roja Corral y todo estuvo muy bien, solamente la actitud de la secretaria de lentes y las nuevas que están capacitando muy mal.
Me cancelaron en automático mi cita que agende con anticipación porque otros pacientes también lo habían hecho y "pensaron" que yo ya tampoco iría y con una actitud a mi parecer bastante grosera me culpabilizan y dicen que me espere hasta que el Dr. llegue (más de una hora en espera aproximadamente, pero no saben bien), que no hay hora exacta, asuman sus errores y falta de buena administración.
El tiempo de nosotros los pacientes también es valioso, en especial si venimos de otros estados como Quintana Roo a tratar un padecimiento.
I went on one occasion with Dr. Emmanuel Peña Roja Corral and everything was very good, only the attitude of the lens secretary and the new ones who are training very badly.
They automatically canceled my appointment that I scheduled in advance because other patients had also done so and "thought" that I wouldn't go either and with an attitude that seems quite rude, they blame me and tell me to wait until the Dr. arrives (more of an hour waiting approximately, but they do not know well), that there is no exact time, assume their mistakes and lack of good administration.
The time of us patients is also valuable, especially if we come from other states such as Quintana Roo to treat a condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En recepción son poco amables pero yo sigo visitando la clínica porque considero que el ginecólogo Erick Osuna es el mejor gine que me ha tratado, eso si, aunque hagas cita siempre tienes que esperar por lo menos 15 minutos para pasar con el ya que tiene bastantes pacientes y la mayoría son embarazadas ya que ahí mismo te hace el ultrasonido sin costo extra ?
They are not very friendly at the reception but I keep visiting the clinic because I consider that the gynecologist Erick Osuna is the best gynecologist who has treated me, yes, even if you make an appointment you always have to wait at least 15 minutes to see him since he has quite a few patients and most are pregnant since they do the ultrasound right there at no extra cost ?

La sala de espera de adentro llena dos personas q seles cito para especialidad alas 3 pm. Cancelaron por la tardanza en atender
Que pasaaaaaaaa con esta clinica no era asi su atención
