Lleve a bañar a mi Shih Tzu (raza que se caracteriza por el pelo largo) y especifiqué a la persona que lo atendería como requería el servicio, me lo regresaron rapado y tusado (unas partes más largas que otras) al querer expresar mi inconformidad con la señora, que pareciera ser la dueña, denigró mi opinión y me discriminó por ser “jovencita”. Me gritó y no me permitió decirle que no fue lo que me pareció. Sin actitud de servicio. Lo único que hice fue regalar mi dinero por algo mal hecho.
Worst experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Dra. Susana es una persona con experiencia y humanidad, a salvado a 2 de mis mascotas cachorros que he adoptado, el lugar siempre tiene gente pero puedes agendar, tienes que tener mucha paciencia pero si es por cuestión de salud no te van a defraudar, siempre hay perritos para adoptar.
Dr. Susana is a person with experience and humanity, she has saved 2 of my pet puppies that I have adopted, the place always has people but you can schedule, you have to have a lot of patience but if it is for health reasons they will not disappoint you , there are always puppies to adopt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia, agende cita con el ortopedista y me atendió la dueña de la clínica que es veterinaria general, me comentó que ese mismo día se comunicaría con el doctor para que me diera la indicación si lo perrita necesitaba cirugía o no y que me llamaba para darme una respuesta, llevo semana y media esperando su llamada, pésimo trato al cliente, la doctora altanera pero lo justifica con que así es su forma de ser.
Hace mil cosas durante la consulta y no presta atención debida, además la clínica luce sucia y descuidada

But the care and love the veterinary gave my dog was remarkable through the hole procces they were with us It made me happy see them care for dogs and cat as much as thier owners.
