Cobran por adelantado sin dar toda la información necesaria, después resulta que si quieres la tener todo el panorama debes pagar más y así incrementan la cuenta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He llevado a muchas de mis mascotas a este lugar. Siempre los tratan con mucho amor y me parece extraño leer que cobran por adelantado, honestamente yo siempre pago al final. A mí parecer si son precios un poquito elevados pero creo que la atención y la forma de explicar a los amos el problema de las mascotas, lo vale. Yo si lo recomiendo mucho.
I have brought many of my pets to this place. They always treat them with a lot of love and I find it strange to read that they charge in advance, honestly I always pay at the end. It seems to me if the prices are a little high but I think that the attention and the way of explaining the problem of pets to the owners is worth it. I do recommend it a lot.

Se empeñaron en seguir un protocolo rígido que no dio ningún resultado, sólo la inyectaban por una supuesta infección. La consulta cara $700 más las varias inyecciones. Era costoso y el trato déspota. Fui para que le hicieran una supuesta vacuna para descubrir y atender una alergia y nunca llegaron a ese paso. Qué bueno porque no lo necesitaba. Busqué otra muy buena dermatóloga quién en la primera consulta le observó la piel con una lámpara especial y diagnosticó hongos. Con una receta la curó.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron siempre con el cobro por delante, al principio el tratamiento con mi perro funcionó pero después me pidieron más y más estudios. Pedí cambio de doctor y cuando cambiaron, hicieron los estudios y al deber entregar los resultados el doctor no se presentó a la cita y no respondió el teléfono.
Tienen conocimientos pero no hay profesionalismo, vocación ni calidad de servicio.
Por solo llegar cobran $700 y por pura rutina sales pagando mínimo $1,500 por consulta.
They always took care of me with the payment ahead, at first the treatment with my dog worked but later they asked me for more and more studies. I asked for a change of doctor and when they changed, they did the studies and due to deliver the results the doctor did not show up for the appointment and did not answer the phone.
They have knowledge but there is no professionalism, vocation or quality of service.
For just arriving they charge $ 700 and for pure routine you leave paying a minimum $ 1,500 per consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendí aquí a mi hijo canino hace un tiempo por problemas con su pelo y ahora se encuentra de maravilla. La atención y trato de la dermatóloga Rocío Aguilar es lo más! Excelente! Los precios son justos ya que es clínica de especialidad. No intentan vender algo innecesario o estudios de más. Son honestos.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
I treated my canine son here some time ago for problems with his hair and now he is doing great. The care and treatment of the dermatologist Rocío Aguilar is the best! Excellent! The prices are fair since it is a specialty clinic. They are not trying to sell unnecessary or over-studies. They are honest.
I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron excelente. Vi al doctor Nolasco y se me hizo un doctor preparado, muy amable y con mucha experiencia. Para ser una consulta de especialidad no es tan costoso. Hay variedad de estudios que hacen en el mismo lugar y se toman todo el tiempo para explicar a detalle. La recomendaría sin dudarlo.
