★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusto ir a la veterinaria me han atendido mucho mejor que en otras lleve mi gato por que le habia dado una infeccion pulmonar o eso fue lo que me explicaron ahi , se veia muy mal ,pero se recupero de inmediato super recomendable y muy amables
 I liked going to the vet they have treated me much better than in others, I took my cat because he had a lung infection or that was what they explained to me there, he looked very bad, but he recovered immediately, super recommended and very kind

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente debido a la mala atención que recibió mi animalito por parte de la MVZ que la atendió, tuve que llevarla de urgencia a un hospital, aquí me indicaron que el diagnóstico y el trato que le dio, no fue el adecuado y que no debió de entregármela a medio tratamiento y suero y decir, “mañana me la traes”. Este tipo de negligencias en lugar de ayudar, perjudican y dañan.
El comportamiento, tanto los comentarios, excusas y contradicciones que me dio esta persona posterior a lo sucedido, lo único que provocaron fue una gran desconfianza sobre su trabajo.
No hay ética profesional, no es confiable.
Unfortunately due to the poor care my animal received from the MVZ that treated her, I had to take her urgently to a hospital, here they told me that the diagnosis and the treatment she gave was not adequate and that it should not have been give it to me in the middle of the treatment and serum and say, "you can bring it to me tomorrow." This type of negligence instead of helping, harming and damaging.
The behavior, both the comments, excuses and contradictions that this person gave me after what happened, the only thing they caused was a great distrust of their work.
There are no professional ethics, it is not trustworthy.

Recomiendo mucho el lugar ya que su trabajo es muy bueno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre lleve a mis gatitas por el buen trato que recibí de todo el personal, mucho interés por parte de las Dra; sin embargo es decepcionante que hoy en día desde las 17:00 ya niegan atención, por lo tanto no hay horarios establecidos. A pesar de ello, entro y la espera aunque larga, entendible por qué había 3 pacientes; pero al ser mi turno de la nada llega otro y pasa inmediatamente para hacer "preguntas".... Le tengo respeto y agradecimiento por.la atención de la dra. Selene Silva, y es una lástima que ya no pueda darle seguimiento a mis gatitas, por la decepción de su centro de trabajo, lo peor es que no creen en lo que les externamos y defienden a su personal, en lugar de hacer acciones correctivas o verificar lo que pasó.....

I have respect and thanks for the attention of the dra. Selene Silva, and it is a pity that I can no longer follow up on my kittens, due to the disappointment of their workplace, the worst thing is that they do not believe in what we tell them and defend their staff, instead of taking corrective actions or verify what happened .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La veterinaria que tiene 27 años de experiencia es lo mismo que le falta de ética, sufre de problemas de soberbia y ataca a sus propios empleados denigrandolos solo sacan dinero en estudios que no necesitan electrocardiogramas entre otros ni ellos mismos confian en los estudios que mandan sacar nada recomendables
