Le daría 5 estrellas, pero le doy 4 por un pequeño detalle, pero muy importante: A veces se les olvida comunicarse (Aunque ellos queden muy formales de hacerlo) con sus clientes ya sea para reportarles el estado de sus mascotas o informarles sobre análisis que los clientes mandaron pedir. Obviamente se entiende que a veces no lo hacen por el exceso de trabajo que tienen. No es la gran cosa para algunas personas, pero para otras si.
Friendly and professional staff. I would give it 5 stars, but I give it 4 for a small detail, but very important: Sometimes they forget to communicate (Although they are very formal in doing so) with their clients, either to report the status of their pets or inform them about analyzes that customers sent to order. Obviously it is understood that sometimes they do not do it because of the excess of work they have. It's not a big deal for some people, but for others it is.
