★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deben mejorar su servicio a cliente. Ayer llamé para solicitar una cotización, pedí que me la enviaran mi correo y no lo hicieron. Hoy vuelvo a marcar, estuve 45 min en espera y no atendieron la llamada. De preferencia pongan sus precios en su página web.

Fui a este laboratorio porque es el mejor calificado de mi zona, el cual me parece lejos de serlo. Me hice un examen general de orina y un urocultivo, es el tercer día y no tengo los resultados del primero y nadie puede resolverme. En los teléfonos nadie contesta y en la sucursal sólo me dan negativas siendo un estudio donde los resultados los tienen el mismo día. No lo recomiendo por la poca comunicación y eficiencia.

No one answers on the phones and at the branch they only give me refusals, being a study where they have the results the same day. I do not recommend it because of the poor communication and efficiency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención fue buena aunque la misma chica que cobra es la que toma muestras y hace un poco de todo eso hace el servicio más lento, me pusieron un “holter” con una banda que NO es desechable y tiene contacto directo con la piel por lo que vi no la lavan así como la entregue la dejan en el cuarto donde entra el siguiente paciente a todos los clientes le ponen la misma lo que hace ANTIHIGIENICO el caso para ser honesta me dio asco pero pues ya lo había pagado y tuve que traerlo puesto por 24 horas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan las citas, citan a la gente con sobrecupo, no hay sana distancia. El tiempo de espera es larguísimo. Los de la ventanilla son amables pero no eficientes. No entregan facturas a tiempo y luego no quieren refacturar. Nunca contestan por teléfono hay que acudir a sucursal para cualquier reclamo. Es barato pero no esperes un buen servicio.
They do not respect appointments, they quote people with overcrowding, there is no healthy distance. The waiting time is extremely long. Those at the window are friendly but not efficient. They don't deliver invoices on time and then they don't want to rebill. They never answer by phone, you have to go to the branch for any claim. It's cheap but don't expect good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí en martes a las 7, y me atendieron muy bien, super rápido, y al tomar la muestra de sangre no me dolió nada. Yo si los recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El laboratorio en si es muy bueno, ofrece muy buenos precios, la atención es muy buena (recomendable ir en horarios no muy concurridos). Sin embargo el call center nunca les avisa de las citas o las preparaciones.
