Definitivamente con el tiempo de las personas no se juega (gaste gas, estacionamiento y perdí mi tiempo) pésimo servicio de mi parte.
 I had an appointment for a piercing and the manager was not there, they didn't even apologize and they wanted me to wait :(
Definitely with people's time you don't play (I spent gas, parking and wasted my time) lousy service on my part.
