★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porfavor no vayan si tienen una emergencia. Su modelo de negocio es cobrar estudios caros y hacer casi nada al respecto del verdadero problema. Tambien con sugerir operaciones que luego despues me dijeron en otra clinica que no se necesitan y iva a salir 100% mas caro esa cirugia. Esta gente no tiene etica en su trabajo y quiere explotar a la gente que no sabe y prefieren bailar alrededor del problema. No deberian de tener licensia estos “veterinarios” por la poca abilidad que tienen en su disciplina en no saber decline que hacer y la poca etica en su trabajo por no querer mejorar.
 Please do not go if you have an emergency. Their business model is to charge expensive studies and do next to nothing about the real problem. Also with suggesting operations that later they told me in another clinic that they are not needed and that surgery would be 100% more expensive. These people have no work ethic and want to exploit people who don't know and prefer to dance around the problem. These "veterinarians" should not have a license because of the lack of ability they have in their discipline in not knowing what to do and the lack of ethics in their work for not wanting to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy fríos. Creció tanto que ya no atienden como antes. Puro asistente. El Dr Moy es bueno pero ya ni lo ve uno cuando vamos. Te atienden siempre alguien diferente. Dr hecho ya tenemos como 4 años que ya no acudimos a este lugar.
very cold It grew so much that they no longer serve as before. Pure assistant. Dr Moy is good but you don't even see him anymore when we go. You are always served by someone different. In fact, it's been about 4 years since we've been to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a un perrito enfermo, te cobran antes de dejarlo y a pesar de que tenia lo suficiente para el tratamiento, no contemplaba la pensión que encima es demasiado cara, por lo que dije que llevaría el dinero faltante mas tarde pues vivo cerca, me dijeron que no podía dejar el perro si no cumplía el monto total, a pesar de que el perrito se encontraba mal, eso me dio idea de cómo lo tratarían por lo que opté por ir a otro veterinario cerca (doctor Hinojosa) con precios mucho más competitivos y mejor tacto con los animalitos, en general pésima experiencia
I took a sick puppy, they charge you before leaving it and even though I had enough for the treatment, I did not contemplate the pension that is too expensive, so I said that I would take the missing money later because I live nearby, they told me that I couldn't leave the dog if I didn't pay the full amount, even though the puppy was feeling bad, that gave me an idea of how they would treat him, so I decided to go to another vet nearby (Dr. Hinojosa) with much more competitive prices and better touch with the animals, in general a terrible experience

Es servicio 24hrs. El costo de la consulta de urgencia es alto vs. Otros hospitales 24 hrs como Meds for Pets o Sierra Madre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me fascinó venía de experiencias muy malas en veterinaria atendieron super bien a mi princess a pesar de que se puso algo agresiva supieron como tratara y la segunda consulta mucho mejor ya que no se puso para nada agresiva

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace como 2 meses lleve a mi perrita de urgencia, estuvo muy grave! Pero gracias a Dios los doctores hicieron todo lo posible por que ella se recuperara aun sigue en tratamientos pero ya esta muy bien!
About 2 months ago I took my dog urgently, she was very serious! But thank God the doctors did everything possible for her to recover, she is still in treatment but she is already very well!
