★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy contento con el servicio me realizaron un proyecto y un presupuesto obvio tiene un proceso, asistí a la cita para cambios en el proyecto y ajustar precio, posterior se mando fabricar todos los muebles, se instalaron muebles, equipos y accesorios todo esto se tardo cuatro semanas logicamente un tiempo razonable, total satisfacción.

Hicimos el trato con una señorita y nos aseguró una fecha para instalarla. tiempo después, de haber pagado el enganche nos enteramos que esta persona ya no trabajaba aquí. Cuando llegó la fecha de instalación nos salieron con la gracia de que nuestra cocina aún no estaba fabricada. La instalación empezó un mes después de lo que habíamos acordado, todo este tiempo estuvimos sin cocina. porque la que teníamos la habían quitado para poder instalar la nueva
Cuando por fin vinieron a instalarla, tuvimos mil problemas, los instaladores dejaban mal las cosas y le echaban la culpa al plomero y al contratista y vice versa. solo se pasaban la bolita entre ellos. el contratista dejó de contestarnos las llamadas. el plomero que mandaron dejó una fuga de gas y se rehusó a venir a arreglar las porquerías que había hecho, aún cuando según él su trabajo tenía garantía. En cocinas excellence trabaja pura gente mal hecha.
Ahorrense el dolor de cabeza. Este no es un negocio serio y no tienen palabra
