Por cuestiones de trabajo no pude estar en mi casa el día de la instalación, pero lo comenté con ellos y me dijeron que en caso de cualquier inconformidad, ellos volverían a ir. Me dejaron un mal corte en unas puertas que instalaron debajo de las escaleras, lo dejaron muy chueco y le fallaron por varios cm.
Yo entendiendo que no se le puede pegar más madera o mdf en este caso, así que consideré pertinente sólo pedirles que me emparejaran el corte para tener una línea uniforme.
La primera vez me dijeron que sí, que irían a mi casa. Agendamos y no se presentaron. La misma situación se repitió por 2da vez, excusándose con el tiempo y finalmente me la hicieron por 3ra vez.
Me parece una falta de respeto enorme dejar esperando al cliente 3 veces!
No respetan la disponibilidad, ni las agendas de los clientes.
Si no pueden ir, simplemente deberían ser profesionales y avisar.
Si no quieren ir, deberían ser directos y sinceros para no estarlos esperando.
Si consideraban necesario un pago extra, debieron decirlo y negociar.
Pésima actitud de parte del encargado de este negocio y muy mala experiencia la que pasamos.
Traté de contactarlos por inbox y por Facebook y hasta borraron su página.
Por obvias razones, no los recomiendo para nada.
Tengan cuidado con las personas que contratan.
I do not recommend their services for their lack of seriousness and professionalism.
Due to work reasons, I could not be at home the day of the installation, but I discussed it with them and they told me that in case of any disagreement, they would come again. They left a bad cut in some doors that they installed under the stairs, they left it very crooked and they failed by several cm.
I understand that you can not glue more wood or mdf in this case, so I considered it pertinent to only ask them to match the cut to have a uniform line.
The first time they said yes, they would come to my house. We made an appointment and they didn't show up. The same situation was repeated for the 2nd time, excusing itself over time and finally they did it to me for the 3rd time.
I find it a huge lack of respect to leave the customer waiting 3 times!
They do not respect the availability, nor the agendas of the clients.
If they can't go, they should just be professional and give advice.
If they don't want to go, they should be direct and sincere so as not to be waiting for them.
If they considered an extra payment necessary, they should have said so and negotiated.
Terrible attitude on the part of the manager of this business and a very bad experience that we had.
I tried to contact them by inbox and by Facebook and they even deleted their page.
For obvious reasons, I don't recommend them at all.
Be careful with the people you hire.
