Great Beach Club in Tulum hotel zone . We were looking For a beach club to spend the day. We picked Coco Limited since it has a pool and we didn’t know how the beach was going to be with the Algae. They do a great job cleaning the beach . We were able to swim and it was pretty clean . They have no minimum for you to use the beds or the pool, as long as you consume . They had a happy hour on house cocktails (pretty good ones ) . The food was good . The ambiance and music were great ! Loved this spot .

Lovely place. Dishonest marketing. Still worth the trip to the beach club. However, they advertise happy hour specials on their website. They do not honor them at the club.

On the first night we arrived, we got robbed. Once we came we went to eat and we put all documents and cash in to the safe. We locked it. When we came back all cash from safe was gone. Front desk staff did not help at all. Do not keep money or any value stuff in hotel!!!!

My wife and I had been eying Coco Limited for some time and after looking at their instagram we fell in love with it and decided make a trip to Tulum. It looks beautiful and staff appear friendly. A few days later Omicron cases began surging and 3 days after creating the booking we decided to cancel out of safety concerns since my elderly mother lives us. At the time of requesting a cancellation, we were a month away from check-in, plenty of notice for them to fill the spot with another guest. We contacted our Airline, Coco Limited, and two other hotels we booked in Akumal and Cancun. All of them were understanding in prioritizing our health except Coco Limited. When we reached out to cancel they were very firm and unwilling to be flexible. While they have a “cancellation policy“ when you read it closely, bookings from Jan 11-Dec 23 do not have any grace period in which you can cancel without penalty - you will lose your entire 50% deposit or 100% of the booking. At this time they have over $1500 of deposit that they are unwilling to refund or give as credit even though we never stepped foot on their hotel. To be clear this review is not meant to say you should never stay at Coco but if you plan on traveling during the year of 2022 I would make reservations with an establishment that will at least try to work with you. Every other airline and hotel was incredibly understanding.

I had a lovely time at this hotel recently while I was traveling solo. Lilly went ABOVE and beyond to make sure my stay was extra special. The sand is soft and the sunrises are spectacular.

Overall verdict- it was an okay hotel if you want to be near the beach and have air conditioning, but nothing special. The good: 1.Parking was easy and free right in front of the hotel. 2.The air conditioning works well and is not humid in the rooms. Many hotels in Tulum have no air conditioning, watch out. 3.It was not loud during the day or night. We choose the hotel because it was near Taboo Beach club, but just far away enough for sound to not be loud. 4.The food was surprisingly good for breakfast and lunch. The breakfast was free and was better than a traditional continental breakfast. 5.The staff were very nice and tried to help whenever we asked for things. The bad: 1.The hotel runs on a generator and does not have enough electricity for much more than lights in the rooms. We never had any electricity issues. The rooms have no televisions, which we actually liked because it made the trip more unique. They do not have phones in the rooms, but you can communicate with the staff via hotel wifi. The electricity issue is a problem for a lot of Tulum. 2.The water in the hotel is salty, but this is a problem for a lot of Tulum. 3.The hotel has a security person, but they never appeared to check to see if anyone walking into the hotel was supposed to be there. Actually the security person was helping move chairs and all sorts of things. 4.The hotel room safe was not anchored down to anything. It was just a 40 pound small metal box with a digital combination that someone could pick up and walk away with it. 5.Water pressure is low for toilets.

Beautiful property, amazing views and great hospitality! Loved the beach club, breakfast was delicious!! We were a large group and they accommodated us all very nicely and also helped with great tips/recommendations. The only downside is the a/c units in some of our rooms didn't work that great but being we were on the beach with a breeze so it was not too bad. Would definitely return here! Thank you coco limited for an amazing stay!

I didn't stay at the hotel. However, my wife and I went there for a couples massage. Overall 5/5 - We had an amazing experience with Ricardo and Laura! Ricardo asked me where I'd like him to focus and he did exactly that. They both made sure we were comfortable. I also like that they asked us both if we'd prefer a male/female to do our massages. Cleanliness 5/5 - The room and beds were super clean and we felt very comfortable being there. Price 5/5 - Definitely got good value for money. I noticed that their pricing is slightly cheaper than hotels/spas close by.
