Locali pubblici, market ed altri posti di pubblico interesse e di cui usufruire aperti 24 ore su 24,sette giorni su sette tutt'intorno al Condominio Malecon 2.Mini palestra e lavanderia in ogni piano(o quasi)ed all'ultimo piano chiamato PH(penthouse)una piscina aperta a tutti i condomini del palazzo o a chi affitta.La piscina e'aperta dalle 9 di mattina alle 21 di sera, da lì si godono incredibili albe e fantastici tramonti perche'a facciata sull'oceano.Quando e'periodo si possono vedere anche delfini e balene...spettacolo impareggiabile.
 Former hotel now converted into a 4-storey condominium including a large underground garage. Well kept both inside and outside, right in front of the sea. Public places, markets and other places of public interest and to be used open 24 hours a day, seven days a week all around the Malecon Condominium 2. Mini gym and laundry on each floor (or almost) and on the top floor called PH (penthouse) a swimming pool open to all the condominiums of the building or to those who rent. The swimming pool is open from 9am to 9pm, from there you can enjoy incredible sunrises and fantastic sunsets because of the façade overlooking the ocean. period you can also see dolphins and whales ... unparalleled show.
