Disgust of service: They go twice that we go, and the first time, when we wanted to open the door of the business, which by the way had an OPEN sign, it was closed; A woman leans out and makes a sign to us, letting us understand that if we waited for them for 5 minutes, we did so, thinking that they were possibly on their break. We left for a few minutes, and when we returned ... they had already closed the place !! Months later we passed by, and we wanted to ask for a coffee maker and supplies, and at the supposed access door, a lady appears and something annoyed makes us signs that she will open us through the back door, when she opens us, with an almost tone scolding us he tells us that the entrance is through that door (?? !!), then he asks us (but without letting us enter yet) what products we need, we told him we want to see coffee makers, he finally let us pass, and when we asked him about some products that said PROMOTION, all those, he said, were already sold out, and the last one was defective (why then they continued with sales announcements ???) At last he tried to be more friendly, but almost almost accompanying us to the exit. Don't they want to have sales? Apparently not ...

Terrible attention I went during the hours they have established in the afternoon closed wait for a good time and nothing they would have I went to a place in front and there I found what I was looking for and they made an excellent sale.

The place does not stand out for its beauty but rather for the variety of products it handles, and definitely the prices. I read comments about mistreatment, but I suppose everyone talks about how things are going at the fair. I speak for myself and have never received bad or rude treatment. On the contrary, whoever seems to be the owner has always treated us with a lot of respect and you can definitely see that he knows about the subject, including the way in which we could generate savings for our business. I highly recommend it. What would be a very specific area for improvement is that they update the closing hours of the store abroad but also on google map. I have gone on a Friday at 6:30 pm and I have not found it open.

The prices are more accessible but it is not worth the wear and tear it costs to get a problem solved. My machine is new and for two weeks we have been waiting for advice on the reason why the coffee does not come out properly. They give us long and when we went even as menas they treated us. After two weeks of waiting for your help, today we ask for help from those who supply us with supplies (Yurant) and a technician helped us calibrate the machine and explained to us that it was going wrong.
