★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, impecable limpieza que incluye las medidas que exige la contingencia por covid-19, atención inmediata, toda una experiencia desde la primera consulta, a la vanguardia en todos y cada uno de los detalles, como el que cuentan con pagos electrónicos y citas por whats app, con toda la infraestructura que uno espera encontrar en este tipo de servicios. Lo recomiendo ampliamente ya que además son profesionales certificados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy poco profesionales, les solicite información sobre los trabajos que le están realizando a mi sobrina y me contestaron lo siguiente:
"Ya esta hecho el diagnóstico y esta firmado. tendrías que venir cada mes con ella para que a ti te de explicaciones de lo que hago, de lo demás preguntale a su abuelita de lo que hago por que no lo voy a explicar tres veces."
Y después me amenazaron diciéndome lo siguiente:
"mandame mi pago, si no ya no le doy cita ni la atiendo. Soy el ortodoncista. y ya me voy porque tengo más pacientes que ver."
Yo soy quien hace los pagos y me dijo lo siguiente:
"Quien me firmo el consentimiento fue su mamá, no se porque estoy viendo contigo los pagos,"
y para finalizar, más amenazas...
"ahora que venga si no esta liquidado sus mensualidades vencidas no le vamos a dar consulta"
Tengo las pantallas de la platica, y todo esto a raíz de que mi sobrina les solicito que le colocaran bien los barckets, no tiene un mes y ya se le cayeron dos piezas, no come muchos solidos esperando a que se seque bien el pegamento y aún así se cayeron
