P	Paulina Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo en lo absoluto a luuna no por el producto sino por el engaño, te dicen que entregan entre 3 y 7 días y el promedio real es de más de 45 días y si pides tu devolución te dicen que claro que te devuelven tu dinero en 35 días HÁBILES y de paso te bloquean de sus redes para que no estés dando lata. Mucho ojo con luuna. I do not recommend luuna at all not because of the product but because of the deception, they tell you that they deliver between 3 and 7 days and the real average is more than 45 days and if you ask for your return they tell you that of course they will refund your money in 35 BUSINESS days and by the way they block you from their networks so that you are not nagging. Be very careful with Luuna.

Dicen que no es válida la garantía porque debió abrirse en los primeros 3 meses. ¿En dónde dice eso? Me parece una trampa y pretexto para no cumplir con su garantía. Pésima opción, no gasten su dinero. You buy a mattress, you decide to open the box months after purchase and the mattress is stained and broken. They say that the warranty is not valid because it had to be opened in the first 3 months. Where does it say that? It seems to me a trap and a pretext for not fulfilling its guarantee. Bad option, don't waste your money.
